Project Lead Position Overview

A seasoned professional is required to drive the technical execution of sophisticated system upgrades and oversee the supervision of technical personnel and integrated logistic support activities for the Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program (CAP) Tranche 2.

The successful candidate will lead a high-visibility program within Raytheon Australia, working with cutting-edge voice communication systems while developing their leadership skills in a matrix organisation. They will be responsible for leading technical planning and implementation, directing development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts, guiding complex system integration activities, overseeing verification testing, site surveys, and transition planning across multiple RAAF locations, and managing technical relationships with key subcontractors.

  • Experience in developing and executing operational plans with measurable contributions to functional outcomes, including integrated logistics support activities.
