Senior Program Manager - System Integration

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to spearhead the technical delivery of sophisticated system upgrades.

  • This program involves implementing next-generation system upgrades across multiple RAAF sites, ensuring seamless air traffic control capabilities for both military and civilian operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades, including development of technical specifications, interface requirements, and integration strategies.
About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of technical personnel and logistics support functions to ensure coordination between engineering implementation and supportability requirements.
  • Develop and execute operational plans with measurable contributions to functional outcomes, including integrated logistics support activities.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management skills with experience in external customer and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with key subcontractors to ensure effective integration of their COTS solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects.
  • Proven ability to analyse and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
