This pivotal customer contact role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the building process. Working closely with Site Managers, you will proactively manage customer expectations, effectively communicate and maintain a professional link between Metricon clients and site personnel. The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-focused role, building knowledge in the industry, and proven ability to work in a time-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure regular updates on the status of their home.
- Effectively communicate and maintain a professional link between Metricon clients and site personnel.
- Maintain accurate customer files with relevant contract, variations, and other required documentation.
- Create and manage workflow, completing tasks as they arise.
- Provide all relevant documentation, including compliance certificates, to nominated Building Inspectors.
