We are seeking a talented professional to join our team at Echelon Australia Pty Ltd. This role will be based in the Adelaide office and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Echelon Australia Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia Pty Ltd and provides a wide range of insurance services throughout Australia, including risk and claims management services, to commercial, industrial and Local Government clients.

JLT has been providing services to Local Governments for over 30 years and is part of Marsh & McLennan Companies.

As a Claims Administrator, you will provide superior and professional claims service to Echelon Claim Services Customers and Stakeholders while utilising the services of external providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering new claims, including liaising with customers and other parties
  • Undertaking technical claims administration, including gathering information, claims determination, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements and processing payments
  • Assisting the Divisional Manager with the preparation, monitoring and analysis of claims data
  • Identifying and pursuing all opportunities of recovery
  • Maintaining accurate records of outstanding claims via the JRS diary system

You will also build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
