Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Works Dispatcher or Planner to join our Faults Dispatch team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily assignment of field resources to both planned and unplanned works on our network, including optimisation, control, dispatch and delivery of work orders.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Prioritise, coordinate and ensure works are dispatched in a timely fashion to resolve day-to-day issues and rescheduling as required in line with business requirements.">
  • Manage fault activities during normal, emergency, and escalated events to minimise unplanned customer minutes off supply through adequate monitoring and coordination.">
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of all information within the work program by updating relevant business information systems in a timely and accurate manner.">
  • Utilise all sources of information to achieve informed prioritisation of works.">
  • Coordinate information between customers, contact centre, field crews, internal stakeholders and other groups and external authorities.">
  • Contribute to regular reporting and information forums to review work programs and project progress.">
