Job Title: Site Operations Expert

A skilled and experienced Site Operations Expert is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale facilities infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the facilities infrastructure platform
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external teams
  • Develop and implement communication and escalation protocols
  • Analyse outages and provide post-mortem reports
  • Ensure timely updates to records
  • Coordinate and communicate during emergency recovery efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience working with building and/or electrical platform management systems
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data centre engineering/operations
