Manufacturing Operations Expert

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the Facility F department as Operational Services Associates. Reporting to the Manager - Operational Services Facility F, you will manage routine changes and provide expertise in deviation investigations within manufacturing.
The Role
- Investigate deviations from the manufacturing area.
- Lead cross-functional task completion of routine changes with short-term time frames.
- Partner with manufacturing experts to understand problems or opportunities.
- Plan and communicate changes ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor change and investigations for completion and escalate as required.
- Coordinate material creation for the manufacturing area.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biological industry.
- Experience in project and change management working as part of a larger team.
- Understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and relevant environmental health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of validation technology, production, and management processes.
- Ability to solve problems and demonstrate initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
