We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide high-quality front-line services and administrative support in our clinic. This role involves guiding patients through the administrative and financial aspects of their treatment, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the medical team.
">Responsibilities include:
- Providing reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff
- Greeting patients and visitors in person and over the phone
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Performing general office and administrative duties
- Opening and closing the clinic as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Previous medical receptionist experience (advantageous)
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience using Best Practice software (advantageous)
- Critical attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
