Job Title:

Learning Development Expert

The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of training programs.

  • Coordinate leadership programs, both internally and externally facilitated.
  • Support the delivery of Saab's Annual Training Plan (across business, professional and compliance trainings).
  • Coordinate the Australia Graduate program in collaboration with Heads of Discipline and Chief Engineer.
  • Support the coordination of work experience, scholarships and intern programs.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal/external communications for L&D programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the coordination of L&D Talent and Succession Frameworks.

Key Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Key skills include:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including establishing working relationships.
  • Good organisational skills, prioritizing tasks, managing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (desirable).
