Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs. As Assistant Director Learning And Capability, you will play a key role in shaping the ACCC's learning strategy and ensuring that our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team in a fast-paced and complex organization. They will be expert in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation, and have a strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain the ACCC's Capability Framework.
  • Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the ACCC's job family framework.
  • Lead the development and delivery of learning and capability programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful learning and development initiatives.
