About the Role

As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for delivering system change training to all levels of our business across Australia. You will work closely with stakeholders to tailor the content to meet their needs, ensuring seamless adoption of key changes through various learning methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on system changes (Workday, Dynamics365) for end-users nationwide.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and adapt training content accordingly.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest system updates with support from the project team.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users after training to reinforce learning and address concerns.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience delivering training programs on ERP or CRM solutions to end-users.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Dynamics365, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles to create engaging experiences.
  • Aptitude for adapting to learning difficulties and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
  • Willingsness to travel across Australia for training delivery.
