Learning Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Developer to design and implement effective learning materials for our organization.

This role will focus on creating engaging and interactive content, including system simulations, technical training modules, facilitator guides, FAQs, job aids, and participant materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing learning solutions that meet business objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning materials that are intuitive, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional learning solutions.
  • Ensure all learning documents are reviewed and approved by relevant leaders.

Requirements:

  • Adult learning or similar tertiary qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in developing technical and/or compliance training materials.
  • High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver against tight timeframes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to translate learning outcomes into training content.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English and meaningful visuals.
  • Able to work to a style guide and ensure consistency in content and presentation across multiple learning deliverables.
