About the Role

This position provides leading customer service and administrative support for agreed projects, contracts, and general transactions to our distribution customers within the Irrigation & Rural market segments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end day-to-day orders and projects (small, medium, large) with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.
  • Handling quotes, phone/email queries, orders, and relationships against a set range of KPIs for key customers.
  • Maintaining effective communication both internally with stakeholders and externally with our Irrigation and Rural distributors.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to agreed KPIs around project timelines, pricing, order management, and delivery.
  • Providing positive support to the Sales team to successfully execute key account plans for agreed customers.
  • Sustaining a safety-first culture through visible and effective leadership and workforce engagement, aiming for the best possible standards of workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, project administration, or pricing would be advantageous.
  • Current or previous experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil, or Irrigation market segments.
  • A resilient and positive personality and exceptional communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex orders.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 AUD, depending on experience.
