  • Redefine and optimise control and management processes for Variable Reward programs, clarifying responsibilities and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Manage the flawless facilitation of all Variable Reward processes.
  • Utilise sophisticated data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from performance-related data, informing the allocation and optimisation of reward to drive desired agent behaviours and business outcomes.

About You

You should have:

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Extensive experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging data to optimise outcomes and drive business value.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address business challenges.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile principles and practices.
