About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Performance Management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent for data-driven solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis and design process, translating client requirements into functional designs in Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Employ a proven delivery methodology to achieve project success as agreed with customers.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional communications.
  • Develop and build solutions to agreed designs.
Accountabilities:
  • Interpret technical and business requirements to design data-driven solutions and implement these solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, business and technical project teams, infrastructure and operational support.
  • Align solutions with tactical and strategic values and plans within the client organisation.
  • Estimate and plan project deliverables and success criteria.
  • Identify project Risks and Assumptions.
  • Identify all potential change requests and work with designated Consultants / Project Manager on these variations.
  • Participate in post-implementation review and assume ownership of any actions.
