Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Third in Charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in the efficient running of the store.

Key responsibilities include driving and motivating a team of outdoor enthusiasts, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day tasks, and taking responsibility for store operations in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.
