Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced assistant store manager to support our high-performing store.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior casual or full-time role and a strong desire to grow their leadership skills.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance, and manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering.

Additionally, they will mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development, help maintain a safe and compliant store environment, and contribute to visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the store manager in leading daily operations
  • Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
  • Managing wage costs and contributing to effective rostering
