**Accountabilities**
- Respond and attend to customer enquires in an efficient manner.
- Proactively manage customers' expectations by keeping them informed of progress and

changes.
- Using the ERP system to input data, place sales orders, raise credit notes, raise invoices, enter

new codes, produce reports.
- Act with integrity by following through on promises.
- Organise, liaise and co-ordinate minor installations and rollouts
- Follow up on stock shortages with procurement and manufacturing
- Ensure detailed instructions are sent as applicable to the warehouse, in order to deliver in full

and on time.
- All other duties requested by Logistics Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager,

Project Managers or any other member of the Management Team

**SKILLS**
- Refined communication skills; both written and verbal

Excel and Word)
- Time Management
- Demonstrate ability to manage a variety of customers
- Problem solving skills; ability to identify the issue and assess the best course of action that

creates a win-win solution
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload

**Performance measures**
- Raise Sales Orders within 24 hours
- DIFOT result > 95%
