About the Position

We are seeking a highly capable and values-focused Senior Operations Leader ideally with a strong background in the construction, infrastructure or manufacturing industry to lead operational delivery across a diverse portfolio. This permanent, full-time role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring excellence in service, safety, and customer experience.

A proven track record of leading blue-collar teams and delivering results in complex operational environments is essential. The role requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams through periods of growth and transformation.

Reporting to a senior regional leader, the Operations Manager will manage a team of senior supervisors and frontline staff, driving operational efficiency, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
