Lead Educator Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our educational team. As a key leader, you will have the opportunity to shape educational programs and outcomes for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children.
