Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an experienced professional in early childhood education, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning spaces, developing age-appropriate curricula, assessing progress, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for all children
  • Design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate as part of a diverse team, adapting to various situations and needs in the early childhood setting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
