Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting learners in achieving their goals through various apprenticeships or short courses. You will deliver high-quality training sessions, create personalized learning plans, and utilize technology to manage the learner journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a caseload of learners across your region, providing face-to-face and remote guidance
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications tailored to meet individual needs
  • Create effective solutions to enhance the learning experience and promote career development
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
