Program Coordinator

We are seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our growing team full-time, focused on driving client growth in the Hunter New England Region within the labour hire sector.
In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for identifying and securing new business opportunities, actively marketing our services, and building strong, lasting relationships with employers and employees.
Key performance indicators for this role include achieving a target number of new client acquisitions, maintaining a high client retention rate, and meeting set recruitment placement goals.
You will also be responsible for coordinating on-the-ground support for workers, ensuring their health, wellbeing, and accommodation needs.
Working closely with recruitment and operations teams, you will ensure tailored workforce solutions are delivered efficiently and contribute to expanding our footprint across the Hunter New England region.
Who are we looking for?It requires the flexibility to undertake some duties outside of normal business hours where required. Regular travel throughout the region is a requirement of the position on a weekly basis.
Desirable Criteria
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities that aligns to JAE's operational strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Keep accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively reporting as required.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging with clients and seasonal workers for whom English is a second language.
- Experience supporting and training individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
- Apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing issues that affect participants, hosts, and the business.
- Commit to delivering high-quality, safe services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Hold a valid driver's licence.
- Experience or exposure to the horticulture or agriculture sectors is highly desirable.
