About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to play a leading role in a transformative program addressing domestic and family violence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure effective service delivery across all sites, supporting a high standard of care.
  • Lead Collaborations: Foster strong multi-agency partnerships and integrated, trauma-informed support through Care Collaboration meetings and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate Services: Manage referrals, clinic scheduling, and systems use (e.g. JustCare) to ensure seamless healthcare access for clinicians and refuge services.
  • Support Staff: Include appointment attendance, on-the-spot debriefing, and response to critical incidents for the DFV workforce and Outreach team.
  • Champion Advocacy: Ensure timely, holistic care aligned with legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
  • Evaluate Programs: Contribute to evaluation and reporting, including data collection, funding reports, and national pilot evaluation activities.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in codesign and communities of practice, promoting strengths-based collaboration across services.
