Residential and Mixed-Use Property Portfolio Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use/commercial properties in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property management experience.

The role involves managing accounts, administrative tasks, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests, and occasional site visits for meetings. You will work from a fantastic office environment with a team of staff and access to industry-leading software.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our firm and work with a supportive team. The role offers a competitive salary package including up to $105K + Super in the first year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 1,100 lots
  • Administer accounts, letters, and breach notices
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently
  • Solid understanding of the strata industry or property management experience
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
