Job Title

Manager, Client Engagement

Job Description:

As a Manager, Client Engagement, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients including existing and target organisations. You will develop deep knowledge of your portfolio by mapping the organisational structure, technical requirements and both current and future projects for each client.

You will regularly meet new and existing clients face to face and attend relevant networking and profile building events. You will have a strong ability to identify leads and new business development opportunities, converting them into new business and driving growth.

You will also be responsible for managing individuals and team performance by communicating expectations, monitoring objectives and providing direct staff mentoring. You will effectively manage the ongoing training and professional development of your team as well as driving operational excellence through strong management and coaching.
