About the Role

  • Champion a client-focused culture across regions and firm, driving WSP's approach to client experience and key account management as the lead for targeted clients and opportunities.
  • Support key clients in the Resources and Transport sector, contributing to the development of key account plans and market strategies.
  • Lead pre-positioning strategies and manage integrated marketing campaigns and client engagement activities that align with business objectives and pursuits.

  2. Conduct client mapping tasks to identify strengths and opportunities for targeted clients, opportunities, and regions, informing positioning and client engagement strategies.">
  3. Build relationships with client organisations and partners' marketing teams on major projects, profiling WSP's involvement and leveraging it to strengthen the brand.">
  4. Develop client engagement strategies and value propositions for business growth areas, providing guidance to Key Account Managers and Client Directors.">
  5. Mentor team members in client development practices and client experience processes.">
