Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all assigned client account management matters.
  • Preparing client reports, timelines, and quotes.
  • Managing internal schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery of agency solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Managing clients, projects, and digital campaigns from initial client engagement through to final execution across diverse industries.
  • Collaborating with our digital, creative, marketing, and strategy teams to proactively identify opportunities and optimizations that provide value to the client and help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Representing the voice of clients and partners to provide input into core product, marketing, sales, and operational processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an Agency Account Management role.
  • A degree in Marketing or similar (senior Certificate or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Client-focused and business-aware mindset.
