Senior Associate-Client Management & Execution (Perth)

In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management Execution team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in structuring transactions: preparing credit submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to senior management and Credit
  • Manage the risk profile through monitoring and adhering to compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard
  • Oversee workflow management between key stakeholders: Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience
  • Proactively support Client Coverage by identifying new clients, generating valued client and industry insights and business opportunities
  • Coach Associates and junior team members through exemplary behaviours and role modelling
Qualifications
  • Understanding of debt and financial markets product
  • Strong regulatory and compliance policy knowledge
  • Sound numerical and financial analysis skills
  • Strong credit and execution experience, including documentation
  • Competency in financial modelling
