Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in complex commercial, property and IP disputes.
Your expertise in conducting and managing commercial, corporate, and contract litigation in the superior Federal and state courts in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria will be essential in delivering dynamic and commercial counsel in a people-first environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases across industry sectors such as property, leasing, franchising, consumer, IP, commercial contracts, aviation and government. You will be responsible for handling franchising and property disputes for franchisors, owners, and local government, as well as managing building and construction commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial outlook, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also need to be able to manage file loads under supervision and contribute to a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in relevant practice areas, previous litigation experience, and meaningful pre-admission experience. You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
