Job Title: Evaluation Systems Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.
About the Role:
The Evaluation Systems Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing program monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate program and organisational effectiveness. This includes analysing and reporting participant outcomes, building an evidence base, and ensuring that participants' voices are heard and included in ongoing program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain evaluation tools and systems to support effective programme delivery
  • Analyse and report on participant outcomes to inform programme improvement
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure participant voice is represented
  • Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Qualification and experience in a relevant field (e.g. Evaluation, Social Work, Social Sciences)
  • Demonstrated experience with evaluation frameworks and tools (e.g. MELP systems)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
