Impact Evaluation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our evaluation team. This individual will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure the success of our programs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing practical solutions, and communicating complex data to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation projects from scoping to completion
- Manage a team of evaluators to deliver high-quality evaluations
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluation design, implementation, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
