Health Impact Evaluation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an EL2 Director, Health Impact Evaluation Unit.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a small new team responsible for delivering all elements of a 3-year agreement between the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (DoHDA) and us. As Director of the Health Impact Evaluation Unit, you will help establish and lead this team, working closely with DoHDA colleagues on the design and delivery of up to 3 impact evaluations, and the delivery of several technical reports or other resources on evaluation synthesis, evaluation resources/training, and impact modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team in delivering all elements of a 3-year agreement between DoHDA and us.
- Collaborate with DoHDA colleagues on the design and delivery of up to 3 impact evaluations, and the delivery of several technical reports or other resources.
- Jointly manage the relationship with DoHDA and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and managing risks for our organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience at EL2 level in evaluation leadership or a closely related field within the APS, with the ability to lead a small team and collaborate across government.
