Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning strategies for our initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop program logics to assist teams in designing impact initiatives.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis, ensuring quality control for MEL data.
  • Ensure data is accurately used and aligned with indicators in the MEL Plans.
  • Manage external consultants to conduct planned MEL activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in public/population health, psychology, medical research, and/or evaluation, implementation science, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing and delivering research and/or evaluation projects related to health problems.
  • At least 10 years of experience in monitoring and/or evaluation project management.
