The Role

As Front of House Manager, you'll play a key role in driving both the guest experience and the venue's success. Working closely with the Executive Team, you'll help achieve financial goals, oversee smooth day-to-day operations, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding service and boost sales.

You'll be a respected and hands-on leader, known for your clear communication, high standards, and passion for creating a positive, high-energy environment. This is your chance to shape the service culture in one of the Barossa's most celebrated venues.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fine dining venue
  • Some knowledge of wine is highly desirable
  • Provide excellent guest experience
  • Great people management and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work with budgets to achieve growth within the business
