At Feros, we seek a dedicated and empathetic Client Services Professional to join our frontline team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be providing exceptional service, answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing the ways Feros can support client wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who can provide top-notch service by actioning tasks within agreed timeframes in a positive, professional, and friendly manner. This includes building trust and rapport with clients through empathetic, friendly, and patient interactions.

In this role, you will also advocate for Feros Care services and identify opportunities to recommend these services to clients. You will guide clients through their aged care journey, including familiarity with MyAgedCare, funded programs, service options, and eligibility criteria.

The successful candidate will have high-level telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills to deliver respectful caller engagement. They will meet operational requirements and key performance indicators.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in customer service (contact centres, retail, hospitality) and well-developed communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). A high level of computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases is also required.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the aged and/or community care industry and in a high-volume inbound/outbound client service environment.
