This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly rewarding customer service team, where your focus will be on ensuring all clients are kept up to date throughout their home building journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing dedicated support to allocated customers through their entire home building experience.
- Serving as the critical conduit between the client and the business, delivering unparalleled customer service and dispute resolution skills.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you'll provide swift solutions to any problems that may arise, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
- Successfully managing multiple clients from Authority to Commence Construction (ACC) through to handover, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks and accurate information sharing.
**Key Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- A commitment to delivering professional and exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry, with exposure to building plans and contracts
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
