Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential products.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional customer service skills and technical knowledge or experience in customer-facing roles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and proactively resolve technical issues with battery systems
  • Educate installers and customers on optimal confidence in energy storage system operation
  • Communicate customer concerns with our Technical Support team, Service Engineering, or Field Service as necessary
  • Accurately record issues and data into our database
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with an electrical or engineering background
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Energy industry experience or background in technical support or call center environment
  • Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems
