We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for residential customers, educating them on proper use of services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair services for residential customers and educate them on proper use of services and equipment.
  • Perform basic installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades; complete reconnects as trained.
  • Work under supervision, delivering world-class customer service while meeting performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical skills: Problem solver with technical aptitude; able to use computer and software applications; able to measure distances; work with hand tools.
  • Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable.
  • Abilities: Interpret analytics from meters and handheld devices; troubleshooting; read, write, and speak English.
  • Physical: Ability to walk on varied terrain in all weather, carry tools and equipment; lift up to 90 lbs; climb ladders to heights; work in confined spaces and at heights; operate a company vehicle in changing environments; work outside for extended periods.
  • Candidate must have a valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record; able to travel to assigned territories.
