Key Product Manager Role

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and strategic expansion of key product lines within our broad EHS platform.

This position requires collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize features and solutions using business metrics, customer feedback, and project management frameworks
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Craft a compelling business case for product enhancements to ensure alignment with high-level organizational goals and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from development to launch and post-launch analysis
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve product offerings

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B software
  • Proven success in shipping impactful software solutions at scale, with a focus on user-centric design and user experience
  • Able to manage and communicate about products at both a technical and strategic level
