Job Title: EHS Solutions Product Lead

The ideal candidate will drive the development and strategic growth of our EHS solutions by leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.

We're looking for a skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B software. They should have people management experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with product documentation tools like Jira. They should be able to communicate effectively at both technical and strategic levels and have empathy for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify user pain points
  • Prioritize features using data and customer insights
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B software
