Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth and development of our EHS platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Prioritize features using data, customer insights, and scoring frameworks
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Craft business cases for product enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, and iterate as needed
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B software
  • Experience leading cross-functional squads or other product managers/owners
  • Background in the Environmental Health and Safety market is preferred
  • Proven success shipping impactful software solutions at scale, including experience running Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with common tools like Jira
