Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned EHS professional to lead the development and growth of our Environmental Health and Safety platform.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B software and a proven track record of shipping impactful solutions at scale. They will have managed cross-functional teams, analyzed customer needs, and built compelling solutions to deliver measurable value for EHS professionals worldwide.

This role requires strong product documentation skills, familiarity with common tools like Jira, and experience in people management. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual who can drive product performance and functionality while ensuring top-to-bottom organizational alignment between their work and our vision.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Craft the business case for product enhancements to ensure alignment with high-level organizational goals and strategy
  • Maintain an understanding of our competitive environment and market to drive strength and differentiation
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Prioritize features and solutions using data, customer insights, and scoring frameworks
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B software
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful solutions at scale
