Product Manager EHS Solutions

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the development and strategic growth of our EHS Solutions platform.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and solutions using data, customer insights, and scoring frameworks.
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, and iterate as needed.
  • Act as the go-to person within the organization for your products, their capabilities, and their positioning in the market.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B software.
  • People management experience, ideally having led other product managers/owners or cross-functional squads.
  • Previous experience in the Environmental Health and Safety market is preferred, either as a practitioner or as a product manager at an EHS software company.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to think strategically, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
