Job Opportunity: Hazardous Waste Site Lead

This exceptional role offers a chance to lead two critical operational sites, leveraging expertise in leading high-performance teams and commercial acumen.

We are seeking an accomplished professional with hazardous waste and water treatment experience, transport operations, logistics, and fleet management skills to drive a culture of compliance and safety.

The successful candidate will oversee operational and financial performance, partner with Commercial Finance teams, and monitor costs to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Drive compliance and safety through initiatives and programs
  • Develop talent management and succession plans to maximise engagement and retention
  • Partner with Commercial Finance teams for data integrity and process improvements
  • Oversee operational and financial performance, including profit and loss reporting and budgeting

A strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering is essential, along with proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced settings.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive problem-solving mindset, solid understanding of financial management in branch operations, and ability to make data-driven decisions.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Kwinana Beach, WA.
