Site Leadership Opportunity

This WA manufacturing site boasts a rich local legacy, producing premium agricultural and garden care products.

The site has undergone significant transformation in recent years, shifting from private ownership to being part of a national network with substantial investment and a clear long-term vision.

A leader is now needed to drive the next phase.

Reporting directly to the National Operations Director, you will oversee a team of approximately 25, including three direct reports across production, dispatch, and maintenance.

Your role involves bringing clarity, consistency, and care to a team that requires strong direction. You will lift standards, build trust, and make this site a workplace people are proud to be part of.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full site responsibility encompassing safety, production, maintenance, and dispatch
  • Developing a culture and capability within a team that needs robust leadership
  • Driving continuous improvement across operations and plant efficiency
  • Managing operational KPIs and leading site planning and reporting
  • Oversighting safety systems, hazard identification, audits, and action plans
  • Coaching and supporting direct reports to embed accountability and engagement
  • Collaborating with national leadership and contributing to local and global initiatives
Candidate Profile

You may be a Production Manager or Operations Manager who has some experience in site management and is ready to take on new challenges. You have led teams, driven improvements, and are now seeking a site where you can grow into full P&L responsibility with support from senior leaders.

Alternatively, you might already be a Site Manager, Plant Manager, or Factory Manager looking for a fresh challenge - somewhere you can have genuine ownership, drive long-term change, and build a lasting legacy as part of a wider national manufacturing network.
