Site Operations Manager

The successful applicant will oversee and manage various aspects of horticultural activities and operations relating to teams on site.
- Leads a team of 10 Team Leaders, 5 Team Members and 5 Apprentices.
- Responsible for 50 different commercial sites.
- Ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Develop and implement safe work practices.
- Participate in performance reviews.
- Proactively raise WHS issues.
- Actively participate in toolbox meetings.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Valid White Card.
- Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Drivers' license.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Comprehensive Salary Package.
