We are looking for an experienced operations professional to drive end-to-end operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless stock flow and efficient operations
  • Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
  • Partner with retail management and visual merchandising to drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage daily financial operations including reconciliation, banking procedures and secure cash handling
  • Provide training and development for the team on operational excellence
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient stockroom
  • Identify opportunities to further operational efficiency via process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a stockroom or warehouse management role
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of WHS procedures and practices
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for stock management and reporting
