Job Title: Production Operator

  • Ensure that equipment is correctly maintained and perform regular maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective operating procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.

To be successful, you will have prior experience operating machinery in an industrial or manufacturing environment. You must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as a team and independently. Good written and communication skills are essential, along with a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.

Key Requirements:
  • A mechanical aptitude is essential, with a trade/technical qualification highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in HNC Paper Technology would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating roster.
  • Experience operating a forklift and holding a current forklift license is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
