Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading warehouse teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage market performance, ensuring it meets or exceeds defined KPIs.
  • Lead warehouse operations, maintaining compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement safety protocols and promote sustainability.
  • Develop and implement operations strategies that advance vehicle deployment and operation.
  • Attract and develop top-tier operational talent, manage employee scheduling, and ensure task deliverables.
  • Represent the company in meetings with local officials, business owners, and customers, promoting compliance and building relationships.

About the Role:

  • This is a key leadership position within our organization, requiring strong operational expertise and strategic thinking.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, consulting, engineering, or similar fields, with a demonstrated background in driving operational excellence.
  • They should possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of P&L functions, and ability to understand metrics and KPIs.
  • A comfortability working in a warehouse setting and people management experience are also essential.
